Two Year Old Program
Ages 24 - 36 months
There is no such thing as a typical 2-year-old. The JFDC classroom is designed to meet the needs of our most active little learners, as they discover new ideas and experiences as individuals.
Learning experiences continue to follow our curriculum, as we ensure that children are meeting important milestones in all areas!
Weekly themes
Toddlers thrive on routine as it provides structure and helps them understand what to expect. Regular schedules for meals, naps, and activities support their growing need for independence and help them develop a sense of control over their environment.
Health and Safety
Our two-year-old program, as well as all of our programs, follow strict protocols surrounding cleaning and sanitization, hand washing, diapering, and more. We are licensed with the Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning. All of these rules and regulations are available to you upon request! We make sure all toys are sanitized throughout the day and sheets are washed at the end of each day.
Learning Through Play
When children play, they learn. They solve problems, think strategically, relate to others, and manage life’s ups and downs. Play helps children learn how to learn – and love learning.
Environment and Classroom
We make sure our two-year-room has soft edges to encourage safe exploration of the world around them. We provide an open play area creating a space for children to explore, discover, and develop. The play area offers age-appropriate toys and materials designed for development and learning—all kept within reach for exploring twos. The room is designed to allow teachers to have a clear view of all children in their care.
Our two-year-olds includes a designated space for each child where personal items such as blankets, diapers, and baby wipes can be stored.

6 AM - 6 PM M - F // Includes all meals
