Three Year Old Program
Ages 36 - 48 months
JFDC’s early education curriculum, is based on developmental indicators and is specifically designed for 36- to 48-month-old children, as they prepare for Preschool. Children build their skills across 10 developmental areas!
Children also learn to work with others, develop self-help skills, and follow directions and routines. Visual tools enable them to take charge of actions and behaviors, gain independence, and to be successful, confident, and empowered!

Weekly themes
Preschoolers benefit from routines that offer predictability and structure. Consistent daily schedules for learning activities, playtime, and rest help them navigate their day with confidence and foster social skills through structured group interactions.
Health and Safety
Our two-year-old program, as well as all of our programs, follow strict protocols surrounding cleaning and sanitization, hand washing, diapering, and more. We are licensed with the Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning. All of these rules and regulations are available to you upon request! We make sure all toys are sanitized throughout the day and sheets are washed at the end of each day.
Learning Through Play
When children play, they learn. They solve problems, think strategically, relate to others, and manage life’s ups and downs. Play helps children learn how to learn – and love learning.
Environment and Classroom
We make sure our three-year-room has materials to encourage safe exploration of the world around them. We provide an open play area creating a space for children to explore, discover, and develop. The play area offers age-appropriate toys and materials designed for development and learning—all kept within reach for exploring threes. The room is designed to allow teachers to have a clear view of all children in their care.
Our three-year-olds includes a designated space for each child where personal items such as blankets, clothes, and baby wipes can be stored.
